awesome breakfast--anything you desire! gorgeous hotel with tons of art, antiques, facilities. The hamam was nice, the massages were wonderful. The dinner food was ok except for the steak in the grill room. not prepared properly. the staff was amazing.

The staff was amazing, made me feel like a valued client
The Spa is too small, with 3 other guests I couldn’t enjoy the Spa facilities (none of the hydro facilities) nor the relaxation beds.

The property does take very good care of guests and make the stay very comfortable the location is also very good
The property really needs to do an upgrade , asking that premium amount per night and never doing upgrades and maintained can not be acceptable . There is heavy maintenance needed at that hotel
