Location, cleanliness, facilities - especially the bidet.
Everything was great. The cafe/restaurant was a bit smaller that gets easily fully booked inside.

Location near the river and the view from the balcony. Cute sitting area in the lawn facing the river and the desserts from the café. Game room and late night pool
The door in the bathroom was showing signs of rot due to the constant water spray from the shower. A simple shower door will fix the problem and protect the newly renovated rooms

Very good Hotel, from the start to the check out everything is fine, the room was big, clean, nothing broken and in general very good condition. Parking is close and everything else is walking distance. The staff was very friendly and kind.
Breakfast hasn't the biggest variety (not a problem for me)
The only item that I didn't like that much is that the room was facing the main street and I could hear the cars on the street passing by at night.
