Very comfortable in clean rooms. Hotel has an elevator, which was important to us due traveling with a baby. Good location and friendly staff.
Breakfast is more or less same every day. Pool is very small, but good enough to refresh in a hot day.

Very comfortable stay and a great location. It’s walkable everywhere and 10 minutes from the night bazaar. All the people working at the hotel are very friendly.

Excellent location, spacious room and bathroom (we had booked another room for my elderly parents as well and the size of the room was welcome), clean and comfortable bed, towels were clean, TV navigation was easy, aircon was modern. Staff was nice - there was a mix-up re laundry service and the hotel manager personally came to address it so good communication.
Breakfast options - maybe a bit more variety with fruits and breads would be great. Re toiletries - maybe adding Q-tips would be good too. Otherwise, nothing negative overall, we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

It was clean with nice bathrooms
Bed was not a proper bed but mattress was comfy.
Not enough pillows on the bed only 2.
Room was very small.
Price in booking was with breakfast and then was refused breakfast by staff.
