Great communication for checkin in. It was also very quick to add breakfast to my booking after arrival. It’s so central for walking to local attractions, restaurants and bars, and close proximity for trams and buses out of town.
Each guest gets 1 very basic pillow. And the AC in room 13 didn’t work (I didn’t highlight this to be resolved as we did ok without it). The room is quite small for a family of 4 and our things but we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room other than to sleep in it, so it didn’t impact our time. There is noise bleed between floors.

Brill location near to the main square 10 minute walk. Beautiful place and very clean. Would defiantly visit again.

location is near Krakow glowny. reception was supportive and fast responsive considering this is self-check in aparthotel, which I appreciated
no lift to 4 floor and I had to bring my big luggage with me. bed and pillow was not comfortable

"check in" was easy, great location, close to city centre
the pictures definitely dont match the vibe of the actual rooms. it's fine for the price but it looks way fancier than it really was. the room didnt have that much of a clean feel to it, just didn't feel very cozy. there was a big crack in the bathroom sink, lack of shelves in the bathroom and coat hangers in the main area. the towels smelled like they were dried in a kitchen..
