Environment, free kayaking and big variety of buffet breakfast, served hot.
No WiFi, no smart TV.
Staff lacks information about the premises,
our room was interconnecting, I was expecting it but upon checking the receptionist said ‘no interconnecting rooms’ but the porter upon escorting us said oh it’s a interconnecting room.
At the pool, we told our room number, he said no room with that number and write some other number to release the towels.

Family friendly, clean and very nice staff
The checkout lady was very offish but the rest were amazing

Location and atmosphere, the staff were excellent and are a credit Warwick Hotels and Fiji. The Bamboo, Talei, Main Restaurant, the Grill and the Sunset Bar were all either new or refurbished and were excellent.
We had 3 Oceanview ground floor rooms, to be very honest they all needed updating sooner rather than later.
To finish on a positive note, the setting was great

The rooms were spacious.
Bamboo Terrace restaurant was lovely and food was great there.
Staff not the friendliest.
Breakfast and dinner food was average.
Guest requests don’t get actioned - staff are on their own time and don’t take good care of guest.
Resort is quiet. Has no vibe.
Rooms and bathrooms are really old.
For the price you pay, there are better options
