The room overlooked the river and the Main Street! The location is quite prime! The staff were mainly pleasant and smiling, ready to answer questions and help.
The room was ready but the girl at the reception told us it will be given when it's check-in time! We waited for half hour and when her shift changed, the other girl, who was very professional and polite, came and told us we could have access to our room.

Check in and check out were great. Very friendly and helpful woman. Room had amusing decoration and nice firm bed.
We weren’t able to drink the tap water due to an issue with the hotel’s water quality and were offered only one 1/2 liter bottle of water for a two day stay. Otherwise we could buy more bottled water. At more than €200 per night, it seems like we could have been offered some more bottled water.
One of the staff in the breakfast room with the shaved head and tattoos was doing her best to be unpleasant. We noticed!
