Location is great.
When we arrived there was no power. We only realised this after climbing the fire escape stairs to the room as the lift was not operational and the room was in total darkness. THE FIRE ESCAPE STAIR DOOR WERE LEFT AJAR. THIS IS ILLEGAL AND DANGEROUS.
On returning to the reception, only then were we told that the power was out and there was no indication when power might return.
When we went back to the room we realised it was not as described in our booking as having a "quiet street view". It actually had an inner light court 'view' shared by other rooms and the neighbouring property. The generic photo shows a large wall of glazing but it was in fact a small high silled window.
On querying this, the response was that this room was "subject to availability". We would have thought that it being bookable it would be available.
The room smelt heavily of highly perfumed cleaning product. The room seemed also to be devoid of useful furniture. No coffee making as described.
The breakfast area in the morning was shambolic and 'family friendly' with children rampant and babies crying.
We chose to vacate the hotel the next morning, forfeiting the entire cost of the 5 day stay. The front desk were particularly unsympathetic.

Booking y este hotel son unos delincuentes, hice una reserva a 31 mil pesos argentinos finales y cuando llegue a la recepción me cobraron 78 mil pesos, los voy a demandar por estafa y fraude publicitario

El parking estaba obstruido y vallado, por lo tanto tuve que estacionar unos metros después del ingreso al hotel, me demoraron en el check in porque había una sola persona atendiendo y me robaron en el momento en que lo hacía. Nada de seguridad ni ayuda del hotel para descargar el equipaje, sumado a la falta de estacionamiento en su frente lo cual hacía imposible la llegada al hotel.
Me robaron y nadie se hizo responsable.

Gostei de tudo, da atenção e qualidade da equipe às comodidades do quarto e à boa qualidade do café e também ao ambiente. Tudo muito bom.

The breakfast was nice with a variety of selections. The hotel location was very pleasant along the canal and walking distance to parks, historical places, cafes and shopping. The staff was very accommodating.
The room although large enough was a bit dark. The pool was not useable. That was not a major draw for us, however it should have been noted since our room did not have a balcony. The pool area was the only outdoor place to sit and it was closed for part of our stay and not visually appealing.

A fair priced hotel in a good location 10 minutes walk from the Central plaza. The room was big though not a lot of room once the two beds are taken into account. Breakfast was one of the better ones we've had. I have listed a few complaints but to be honest they didn't overly detract from an enjoyable stay.
I know we're supposed to talk the local language (and we have a good stab at it) but I find it surprising that the reception staff of an American chain Hotel have no English. This meant that as nice and as wanting to be helpful as they were it led to a misunderstanding about the length of time our laundry would take. Also the pool is quite small and the area around it had a step which I didn't see (as there was no marking to indicate a change of height) so I quite badly bruised my foot.
First hotel I've been to that didn't have a floor towel for the bathroom or, if they did, then they didn't have a hand towel.

Great location for visit the city center, very clean place. And also a magnificent breakfast in comparison with other Argentinian hotels.
Minor detail, but the coffee at the breakfast is horrible. Couldn't get the day started for two days in a row 😊

Everything was fantastic! From the room to the staff, breakfast, the restaurant is amazing and affordable. Definitely will be back. Can’t talk about the pool, spa, etc. because I didn’t use them.

The people at front desk are very nice! All covid measures taken. Breakfast is very complete however it has limited places due to covid restrictions. rooms are very comfortable but the rooms are kinds of old. for a deal it is super recommended!
breakfast times are limited due to covid and i think badly organized because you end up doing a line to get breakfast.
