Our room was lovely, clean and comfortable. Great balcony with sun beds, table and chairs. Great location to bus stop for airport, Salou seafront and loads of bars and restaurants.
The pool was always in the shade and freezing. Such a shame.

We only had one flight of stairs
Ants all over room
We had no air-conditioning for 90% of stay. Cleaner explained you need to put card in air-conditioning, we weren't told this when we got there. Card slot was hidden away. Got one day aircon.
No entertainment
One beer on draft.
Shower was cold for lot of the time.
