Location of the hotel is perfect, just a few minutes walk from airport bus and a few minutes to the main square in a quiet area
The staff were all friendly, welcoming and helpful
Room was good size, clean and quiet
Plug sockets either side of the bed, plus USB sockets, plus reading lights- perfect
Kettle, cups and tea/coffee provided, plus free tea and coffee 24/7 in the lobby is fantastic
Small but clean and efficient bathroom with great toiletries
Bit complicated to sort out temperature etc via the ipad on the wall, plus it didn't want to turn off so quite bright all night
Only one wine available by the glass in the bar but didn't want to buy a whole bottle, a better selection would be helpful

Well designed hotel in the city center of Wrocław. Nice view from the big windows in the room. Good breakfast with a la carte options. Big parking nearby at the opera theatre.
No good place to hang towels in the bathroom.

Warm welcome of staff.
Homely atmosphere and tasteful decor.
Coffee machine checks & top up could have been more frequent.

Good location, contemporary design
No food was available at the restaurant as it had been booked for a party. This should have been disclosed at time of booking as I wld have booked another place. The power also went out for a couple of hours and it was impossible to turn the aircon off manually. Some staff were pleasant but other were indifferent and could definitely make more effort
