The staff her is excellent! Very friendly and very helpful. I had a late check in and a very early check out and they accommodated both. The room was large and had everything needed. The bed was comfortable, I had a great sleep. They have water bottle fill stations located throughout which was nice. I highly recommend getting an outdoor massage here, it was so relaxing! Amazing location with sun loungers on the beach and drink service. There are 2 pools here, although the rooftop pool was closed during my stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Totale relax, spiaggia privata, colazione e pranzo serviti direttamente in spiaggia. Escursione notturna in taxi per vedere la bioluminescenza, snorkeling con gli squali balena...esperienze uniche! Holbox è un paradiso naturale, dove dimenticarsi del resto del mondo.

L'hotel è un po' più piccolo degli altri, non offre la cena, ma ci sono i ristoranti a fianco. Noi abbiamo scelto di passeggiare fino al paese, 20 minuti di stelle tropicali. Per chi lo desidera, ci sono i taxi

The location was on the "quieter" side of the island, which made for a very peaceful and relaxing stay. The staff was welcoming, friendly and very helpful. My room was large and well appointed with 2 beds, a nice dining table with chairs and the patio doors opened to the small pool. The food and beverage options were all delicious and well priced, the margaritas were some of the best I had during the trip, well balanced and not too sweet. The tacos and ceviche were amazing and very fresh. I can't wait to visit again soon!

The beds were a little too firm.

We loved the location to the beach and the walk to town was a comfortable 15 minute walk! And the price point was great.

This was our third visit and it we couldn’t have our family had to stay at other locations due to the Adults only restrictions! This was not a popular or good choice made by the management . Also the fact that during our stay there were children staying on site! The beds were rock hard and very uncomfortable to sleep on! There were ongoing maintenance to the property! The beach was great and service for drinks stopped at 3pm. Our last visits service went to 5pm. Also many hotels offered free breakfast but not here because we had booked with Booking .Com
