Joan was an outstanding hostess. Just a cool place to stay and made visiting Ireland even more special.

All good no negative's

Excellent breakfast buffet including made to order eggs, sausage or bacon, tomatoes, and homemade pudding. Cereal, toast, yogurt and fresh fruit. Delicious! Great for a family. Room was comfortable and clean. Huge closet to dry our soggy clothes (rain!), but there is a washer and dryer in the breakfast room. Joan is a fantastic host. We had the bottom floor room next to the front door but noise from guests entering was not a problem. We did leave our window slightly ajar so could hear cars pulling out of driveway or a few trucks on the road in the morning. The property does allow dogs. One guest had a dog which barked late at night when another guest arrived.

My recollection is that there were few accessible outlets in the room. It would be helpful to have reading lights where you can charge your phone or computer.

Great for me. Its a bit outside killarney so handy place if u drive.

The host, Joan offered outstanding hospitality to the point that we felt like we were family. The full Irish breakfast was excellent. The beds were very comfortable. The skylight let in fresh air and had a view of the woods.

Our room was on the 3rd floor which was difficult with our luggage.
