We loved the food at the restaurant, the area was super nice as well and quiet during the day.
There was a medical convention at the same time as our stay, as well as a team building weekend, and they were having a rave in the ballroom at night, even though we were on the 2nd floor, the bass was still really strong at 2:30 a.m. We tried changing rooms, but we were given a very small window to do so and sadly it didn't work for us.
One last thing, the AC was not working and it was needed, since outside were 31 degrees

The pool, the breakfast , the location.
The hotel is a little bit old, the rooms need some renovation, refurbishing.
The restaurant staff was overwhelmed,so the food ordered was delayed.

Great food. Good service from staff. Very clean. Nice location.
Shower difficult for seniors to get in and out of. Also the jacuzzi is hard to get in and out of. It has stairs, but no railing, difficult and a bit unsafe for seniors and others. (I am a senior; but I noticed much younger people having trouble). And you have to get out of the pool to turn on the jacuzzi bubbles. It could be an accident - and lawsuit - waiting to happen.

Good location, near the Forrest, quiet place, clean air, comfortable room and good staff
I wouldn’t say I didn’t like something specifically, the jacuzzi was not so comfortable and the food was average, compared to other 4* hotels in Romania.
