desperately needs renovation. everything looks at least 30 years old. we had to change the room because the toilet was leaking. I asked 3 times for the soap dispenser in the restaurant men’s room to be refilled - never happened. it’s a shame because this hotel would have a lot of potential with better management

Excellent breakfast, large pool and good games room. Very nice common areas with lots of nature.

The room was dirty and the blank sheet looked like already used. cleaning service only once in 3 days. Staff doesn’t speak English and is very difficult to communicate. The hotel is supposing to offer a transfer to the bus station and Center, but none explained this to us or offered. When we needed, they called us a taxi.

Amazing views throughout the hotel, especially around great pool. Excellent breakfast and kitchen staff very friendly.

Not very well received at arrival by reception staff which was in general disorganised. Knew nothing about walking tours available, could not lend us an umbrella, and in the end made a mistake that doubled our food and drinks bill!
