This is a lovely well cared for property with a very kind and professional staff even during the off season
Food wasn’t great but I was told the regular cook was away. Also we were there during the off season.

It was clean and the plants were lovely. Staff were very nicely and friendly especially the welcome lady.
Very disappointed- food was not a buffet breakfast as advertised and the breakfast was ok. The evening menu was expensive compared to other places we have eaten and a simple snack of spring rolls and fries was that bad I didn’t want to eat there again so we ate out.
No one told us what was in the area or available in the resort- we just had a price menu of titles , no descriptions .
The sun lounges were on the main path so it felt very exposed. The pool was nice though.
If we hadn’t had day trips we would have been stuck! Was there for Vishu and no effort seemed to be made by the resort.

The resort was fair. I hadn't realised I booked a non AC room and couldn't upgrade. Power outages during night when only fan in room. Staff very accommodating and kind
