The location is definitely the hotel’s strongest point. It is just a short walk from the beach and close to restaurants and shops, making it very convenient to explore the area. The staff was polite and tried to help when we reported the issues we experienced. The two Deluxe Double Rooms were clean and did not have the same problems as the suite.

Unfortunately, our overall experience was quite disappointing. We booked three rooms (two Deluxe Double Rooms and one Suite), and the rooms did not match the photos shown on Booking. The bathrooms were different from the pictures, and the overall appearance was much more dated than expected. The biggest issue was the Suite. Despite being the most expensive room we booked, it was old, worn out, and of a much lower standard than expected. From the first day, there was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom drains, especially during the night. We immediately informed the reception and asked to change rooms, but we were told this was not possible. The staff arranged additional cleaning, but it did not solve the problem. Considering that we had to spend the entire week in those conditions, I expected at least some gesture of goodwill from the hotel. The Deluxe rooms were cleaner and did not have the sewage smell, but they were very small, and the only source of natural light was the entrance door itself, as there was no proper window. Breakfast was another major disappointment. The selection was extremely limited, with very little fruit, no yogurt, very few sweet or savory options, and overall not what you would expect from a hotel in this price range. Finally, although the beach is right next to the hotel, the beach club is not included and offers no discount or special treatment for hotel guests, even though it appears to be owned by the same family. Sunbeds are very expensive (around €70 per umbrella/set), making the overall value for money even worse. Overall, apart from the excellent location, I don’t feel this hotel offers good value for the price, and unfortunately I would not choose to stay here again.
