Está en pleno centro de Osorno, así que todo queda cerca, incluyendo el comercio y el terminal de buses. El desayuno es muy bueno y la gente que atiene muy simpática y atenta con nosotros.

El hotel no tiene ascensor y para personas mayores, como mis padres y mi tía resultaba algo pesado el subir y bajar escaleras todos los días. El internet tampoco funcionó muy bien.

The breakfast was pretty good. The maids were all friendly and polite.

Veronica, the proprietor, did not greet us with the polite friendliness we have encountered all over Chile. She didn’t smile nor did she meet our eyes. When we got to the room the wifi did not work. She tried to say that it was a general problem in Osorno but half an hour later we were in Cafe de Nuit down the street and the signal there was very strong. Veronica sent the maid up to room 30 to check our claim and the maid confirmed the internet didn’t work in the room. We moved to room 22A and the wifi worked- just-but the signal was extremely weak. On Booking.com, the description of the hotel mentions a view. Look at my photo to see if that is a view hotel guests want to see.

No iron board in the bedroom
