A lot of attractions at place. Pools, massages, onsens and few others. Ryokan room was great.
Theres no shop nearby so if you dont have a car you have to walk 10-15mins or use only hotel services. Air conditioning in the room was very weak and it got pretty hot even when we switched the temperature.

I liked the activities offered in addition to dinner and the Onsen.
The sauna was tiny! The curtains were dirty as well. I would stay again because it’s good value for what you get. Plus the location in Aso is perfect.

최근에 리모델링하여 전반적으로 깨끗하였고, 스탭들은 친절하였습니다.
숙박한 1층은 다소 습하였고, 조식 / 석식 식당은 비좁고 붐비는 느낌이었습니다.

One staff who made the effort to make good the initial disappointment.
The room that we first booked was in a sad state. Asked for an upgrade and I was willing to pay the difference but was flatly rejected at first. They mentioned they were fully booked but we could book a better room online...

"The onsen and pool area were wonderful. But what we loved the most were meals! It was he best hotel during our trip, I would like to go there again :)"
