Great and quite big apartment in a quiet part of town. Could sleep without earplugs. Restaurants and shops close by, Grab taxis easily available and there even is a shuttle bus to get you to downtown every day. Perfect contrast to busy and chaotic Hanoi. Washing machine even had detergent ready. Moskito nets at the window, what more could you need?
Much better than other places I have stayed at in Vietnam that had better reviews, so it looks like they no not fake anything! Be careful of places that are too well rated especially in Hanoi and other big cites.
Its not 100% newly renovated so you see a few kinks here and there, but nothing major. Sadly we had no time to try out all the nice things here (like the pool and restaurant).

The property was very clean great facilities Extremely helpful reception staff who went beyond their responsibilities helping to call taxis locate a stolen mobile phone helping us with local queries translating.Thankyou.Great breakfast 2 bedroom apartment really good nice kitchen washing machine TV some English speaking channels.Good free shuttle to town and shopping centres.Very well priced room service and shop.Local shops just down the road.Found an English \Australian bar called the Local about 10 mins walk away
Nothing .I suppose not central but only about 10 minutes in taxi shuttle bus so fine !No corkscrew !

Facilities were very good albeit getting a little dated. Breakfast and room service was very good. Staff were very good.

Everything is perfect. Perfect rooms, shower, washing machine, kitchen, kids play room, nice shops nearby. I miss the apartment already.
Room service food, pool close at 6pm which is a shame because it's perfect time to go to.

The apartment was in a very clean safe enclosed area with a lovely view of the lake. Lots of nice restaurants and cafes just outside the apartment complex. The breakfast was also very nice. If you need a break for the hectic old quarter, this is the place to be !

Nice and big apartment, well equipped. Good breakfast. Big pool (although a bit cold) and playground. Very friendly staff. A bit outside of the city, but can be reached well by Grab.

Area is not so beautiful for a walk. The lake is very close, but dirty. Breakfast is ok, Rooms are not very modern. All in all ok!

The room was huge and very comfortable. It was a bit far away from the reception and restaurant area but not a big problem. The breakfast buffet was amazing and all of the staff was exceptionally good. I will love to stay there again.
The wifi in our room did not work but we managed to connect to another room's wi-fi.

Super large suite, two bathrooms, in excellent condition, beautiful view of West Lake, swimming pool view, Golf ⛳ practice ground, Tennis 🎾, kitchen and kitchen utensils, washing machine, ready to move in condition.

The apartment was spacious, airy and well maintained. The complex is in a great location a stones throw away from shops and Westlake itself. The facilities were exceptional as was the swimming pool. The breakfast was fabulous.
You need to rely on taxis to get into town although there is a shuttle bus.

When I have business trip, I always choose your hotel, but today, booking.com shows they still have rooms for booking, but I can not booking via the website, you ask me chenk in in the reception, but the price is higher than website I show you.
I think it’s not a honest thing to the guests. (Even now in Booking.com, still have room with cheaper price)
