This is our second stay here. We love the location, and room, perfect for me and my daughter. The shared kitchen is always handy to prepare breakfasts, picnics etc. Always meet some interesting people here! Never an issue trying to get a shower or using WC, plenty about. The restaurant area is a bonus if you don't want to cook as well as the games rooms for everyone. When we were there they had some entertainment on in the evening which was a bonus. Despite everyone coming and going, we weren't disturbed at night. Location is fantastic, a few minutes walk away from everything in Sheringham, across the road from a large Tesco store and the train station (10 min train ride to Cromer, 45 mins to Norwich), walking distance to the main seaside road to the beach.

Our room this stay was a lot smaller than what we had stayed in before so we were a bit cramped for the week and the weather was very hot. There's no AC in the rooms - even with the big electric fan i brought with me the room was hot at night. It can get very busy in the shared kitchen especially at breakfast time so if you need to use the facilities quickly I'd recommend going early or preparing what you can the night before.

The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The location is great, a quick walk from the train station and close to the High Street and the beach, yet lovely and quiet.

My daughter and I had a family room. The sink was blocked. The breakfast was expensive fog what it was. The beans were cold and the vegan sausages were the worst vegan food item I have ever eaten. The shower has a motion detector which makes the light switch off after a few minutes, plunging you into complete darkness.. I had to open and close the shower screen to make the light switch back on. I do not take long showers but had to perform the open/close manoeuvre several times during my shower.
