Capricornia Apartments

The location was perfect. Close to the beach, tram and entertainment centre. The pool was nice and the spa was perfect temp.

Some things had a little dust on them.

Plenty of room in the apartment with good kitchen facilities. The outdoor pool and spa was good.

Needed a taxi to bring groceries back from shopping centre not quite walking distance.

The apartment was modern clean, large, well equipped and had great balconies.

Minor problem with cockroaches.

Location, comfy beds and fairly spacious. Good view of the area and limited sea view. Good process for collecting keys after hours. Easy parking and lift.

The bathrooms were very old with a lot of rust and the ensuite shower head dribbled water and wasn't functioning properly. Not enough bathl towels, only one kitchen tea towel. The details of the facilities for the flat mentions 'toiletries' but only a start up pack is provided. A sign says to keep flat clean but the vacuum cleaner isn't working and in very poor condition. The bathroom wasn't that clean especially the floor. The sofa set is falling to bits as we opened and closed the recliners. Under these there was all sorts of stuff and had not been cleaned. Carpet is very old and not the best to keep clean with no vacuum cleaner and two little ones. Finally, the exiting time of 9.30am is very early, too early.
