Questa potrebbe essere l'ultima casa per le vacanze. Le sei camere sono grandi e ben arredate. Hanno tutti letti queen con materassi molto comodi. Una camera da letto ha una serie di letti a castello oltre al letto matrimoniale. Ogni camera ha una TV e un lettore DVD. Tre delle camere hanno un bagno privato. Il maestro ha anche una vasca idromassaggio e un camino.
Il soggiorno, la sala da pranzo e la cucina condividono tutti una grande e splendida sala con soffitti a volta. C'è un ampio wet-bar e una cucina ben attrezzata per rendere il vostro soggiorno molto confortevole. La TV ad alta definizione da 65 pollici con audio surround farà sì che gli appassionati di cinema siano molto contenti. C'è anche un tavolo da biliardo per rilassarsi o chiacchierare con gli amici.
La nostra sala giochi con il suo grande schermo è un'altra grande caratteristica. Se preferisci il ping-pong, l'air hockey, le freccette, il biliardino o il shuffle board, ha tutto.
Il patio posteriore ha un anno intorno alla vasca idromassaggio ed è un ottimo posto per rilassarsi dopo una giornata sui sentieri.

This house was perfect! All on one floor with lots of room. The beds anf furnishings were comfy and well laid out. The kitchen well equipped. The dining room table is a great dpace for family meals and games. The game room was a huge hit. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. It's a short drive to town and all the attractions. Jason was immediately responsive when we had a question. We are a group of nurses and friends who go to North Conway each year to gather, rest and catch up. We will definitely look to stay at this house again!

Perfect location. Only 15 min to Attitash and 12
Min to Cranmore. Comfortable beds. Lots of room for large family. The house didn’t provide towels or soap/shampoo for showers. The living room furniture was pretty outdated. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans etc. 2 refrigerators. Wine frig.
Everyone loved the game room. The hot tub was large, enough room for 7.
The house was very comfortable. I’d definitely rent this property again.

The house was perfect for our group. It was big, clean, and nice and quiet location. Game room was fun. Beds were comfortable. The huge dinning table was really nice for our group. Kitchen was well organized and had what we needed. There are no bath towels in the house, which either we missed on the listing or misunderstood. There are plenty of stores and things near the house. Will definitely stay again.

Everyone was very impressed with the whole house, especially the dining room table. It was awesome!
During the day, we all went our own way. The game room made the evenings a special time as well as the hot tub.
The entire house was very clean. I would highly recommend this house for large groups!!

Get away with family, home was as described in listing. Layout way perfect for our family 8 toddlers and 8 adults. We were able to see all areas of main living area from kitchen to keep eyes on little ones. Bedrooms were very comfortable and each family had own private space. Game room in garage was hit at night for adults , especially the shuffleboard table. Dining room is beautiful and was nice to have entire family sitting for meals. Only recommendation would be to update the living room furniture .

The house was in a great location, all one floor was a plus for 80+ year old folks. There were plenty of games there for kids and adults to play. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms along with a great kitchen with lots of counter space was awesome. Hot tub was nice and the outdoor area was nice to use.

This house was a fantastic place to relax after a day of skiing with the family. Great location, fantastic game room and plenty of space to unwind from a busy day. 15 minutes to skiing and 15 minutes to the town. Well appointed kitchen to cook dinners in (good quality pans, plates, etc). Will hopefully be back soon!

House was perfect for our family gathering, with all the games (billiards, ping pong, shuffleboard, air hockey and foosball), huge dining table, hot tub, and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to have their own space.

Excellent space all on one floor made it easy to keep track of kids. Everything you could need available for cooking. Many of the adults in the group enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. The game room was a great space for kids and adults to gather for fun. The property location very easy access to downtown North Conway. Overall a great getaway!

Beautiful home with plenty of room for our 6 adults and 5 children. The kids loved the game room and we had plenty of privacy with 6 bedrooms and in great room were we all gathered to watch football with room for everyone

This was one of the best family vacations ever, we had 15 of us all together and there was plenty of room. Eating all together at the table was wonderful. Ages from 63 to 12. My nephew who is 12 is in a wheelchair and we did not have 1 issue getting him around the house. He loved that he was able to get around without the help of others. So mush to do in the area, tubbing the Saco was a great day! Everything about this home is just amazing and so comfortable. We will be back!!

This home exceeded our expectations! The pictures don't do it justice. Large, clean and well appointed. Convenient to town and lots of local things to do. We were a large family group of 12 and we were all very comfortable. Game room and extra fridge were a wonderful bonus.

The house was very clean and spacious. We had 11 adults staying for a wedding weekend and it couldn’t have been better! Beds are comfy, game room provided lots fun, and the large table was great for a delicious dinner cooked on the grill!! End the night with a dip in the hot tub and you’ll sleep like a log!!

We had a great time at this amazing property. It was clean, fit us all extremely comfortably, and The property manager was very responsive. We loved this place and all it had to do there (game room, hot tub, playground, fire pit). We will definitely be back!

Very nice. Neighbors called police on us for noise??? Police Officer said that a the neighbors call on the property all the time. Though he had no problem with us and shook his head when he saw the makeup of our group. We are a bunch to 50+ guys and a couple of our adult kids. We only used the hot tub in the morning and it rained and we stayed inside for the most part.
I would stay there again.

This place was amazing for my family. We had planned a trip last year but had to cancel secondary to the pandemic. As we continue to stay safe we were able to be together. Eight adults and five kids. The house was spacious and at all times something was going on. The game room was utilized by all. The huge table in the eating area which seats 14 people comfortably was the area of many competitive game playing for adults and kids. It was close to off site activities for hiking and swimming. Would definitely go back and rent this place again.

We were blown away by this home! Pictures don’t do it justice! It was so much bigger and even more beautiful than we expected. We had 7 adults and 4 kids and had more than enough room, with so much to enjoy at this home. And so very well appointed. I hope to be back in the not so distant future. Thank you so much!

As with everyone, it was time to get away! NH is our go to and this trip we were a group of 10. The house was extremely clean. Perfect set up for our young adults. The game room was great fun. Hot tub, fire pit, it all went with what we love to do as a family. The pics on line do not do it justice. The beds were so comfortable. Truly was the perfect place for us. We will be back! This house is really great! Location is close to everything and it is tucked away enough that you feel private. Upon arrival the house was extremely clean and inviting. The bedrooms were so comfortable and there was space for everybody. Beds were extremely comfortable and we all slept really good. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need and then some. We had younger kids with us and they were so entertained between going in the hot tub, roasting marshmallows on the fire pit, playing in the game room, and just playing hide and go seek in this big house! Loved the tall ceilings and gas fireplace. We were all so comfortable and happy. House has a great vibe! Game room was fun at nights for adults while kids were sleeping. Couldn’t ask for much more. Sidenote: ice machine in freezer was broken and there was no ice.. would’ve been great to know that before we arrived as we wanted to make a drink ..no big deal as we grabbed bags of ice and problem solved. Also the gas grill might need to be cleaned as it caught on fire and burned our dinner the first night.

We had a great time at this house. More then enough space for 6 adults and 10kids.Owners stock the house with all the housewares you could want (even a great wet bar) but what was the best of all is the 2 car garage that was converted into a game room. That ended up being the favorite room during the day and the hot tub at night. We all enjoyed our couple of days away!

Perfect, very spacious. The house went on and on. There were 15 of us from age 13 to 84, there for the New Year weekend. Somewhere for everyone to sleep comfortable.The common area, kitchen, dining room and pool table was where we spent all of out time. Huge open area we all fit comfortable. Played cards and games every night around a huge table that we all fit around.Just a great property, we will definitely rent again. On the first night we had a question for Jason, returned our call in 5 minutes. Great host.Everything was perfect. If you are looking for a large family getaway, this is the place. Great outdoor area with hot tub. Cant say enough good things about it. Close to everywhere as well.Happy New Year!
