it was in the center of the city. very accessible. and close to a lot of restaurants and even close to Ayala Mall.
the shower and sink need getting used to. they surprised at first use because the water would just suddenly gush out strongly.
i was also scared in using the hairdryer as it only blows very hot air and only has an option for the strength of the blow and not the temperature. i feared that if i used it, my hair would burn.

Room was huge, bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was also fantastic 😍
I had a wonderful experience there. I'm definitely going to stay again some day

We like the room it's spacious
The step on the shower/bath is too dangerous very difficult to get out of the shower. Slippery and the bath is way too small for a tall person to get in to.

Convenient to my families travel purpose which is medical check up. Walking distance from her doctor.

Get a queen size bed , it was just 2 mattress togetehr.. was spliting in half sometime..disapointdd for luxe hotel like this..
Also booked a suite but no kitchen.. like... did you know concept of suites??

The suites room that i reserved is very roomy, there is a tub, and stand alone shower. It had a big living room, dining room and a kitchenette.
I really accommodate our family.
When the house keeping told us that thye are going to charge us 6 thuosand pesos for the stained linen. The stained came from a hair coloring and none of us colored our hair.
Thankfully, they waive the charges.

Everything!! The staff are very kind and accomodating. Rooms were clean and they gave us free complementary drinking water every day. Toilet & bath is clean.
I’m not sure if it only happened to us but the key card access needs to be renewed every 24hrs. It’s little hassle since our booking was for 4 days. We expect there won’t be problem like that.

The staffs are very attentive and gives you more than you expect. Very near to mall and convenient stores.
