The staff was friendly, they were great. Tammy was warm and held great conversations with us. She welcomed us with refreshments and gave us great assistance in settling in and showed us everything we could do. The town is refreshing and we were allocated in a great place.

Super herzliches und engagierte Mitarbeiterinnen. Sie helfen dabei passende und hochwertige Ausflüge zu buchen und geben etliche Tipps, auch wenn Tourn schon in Eigenregie gebucht wurden. Der afrikanische Stil macht den Aufenthalt nochmal besonderer.
Bei Regen riechen die Zimmer leicht feucht.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is fantastic, the rooms are beautiful, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We especially appreciated the warm, personal way we were greeted and looked after throughout our stay.
We can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to anyone and would be very happy to come back again. The breakfast was also very good. The team kindly organised a boat trip to see the hippos for us, which was excellent. My husband also booked a whale-watching tour, which was absolutely incredible, he saw so many whales and dolphins up close! Thank you so much for the warm and personal hospitality. My whole family truly enjoyed our stay and felt very well taken care of. We will remember our time here and would love to return!
