nice big room - fridge/freezer - air conditioning worked great - nice pool. staff came to clean everyday. did not have kettle to make tea/coffee but the staff was accommodating and got one for me. close to a market.

very busy road - hard/ a bit dangerous to cross the road but there was security/traffic control who helped me when he was there. there was a problem with my water - wasn’t working one day/was brown and smelled bad - they moved me to another room for free and that one was okay.

When the room was cleaned it was to an excellent standard. Bike rental available at reception. Pool remained clean

One reception member was nice, however every other staff member at reception was very rude and treated us quite unfairly. The hotel is made to look much nicer on the photos so just take that into consideration. The cleaners were good at cleaning however they through away my girlfriends beauty product and we received no compensation. However, they tried to charge us for a broken glass which we found unfair and refused.

The mattress was extremely hard which interrupted our sleep and made it very uncomfortable. There was a thin a mattress topper but it didn’t impact at all. Some suggestions would be cutlery in the kitchen and to adapt and update the plugs. Nice place just needs some updating to bring it back to the quality of the photos. The mattress being changed would make a huge difference

Rooms are spacious,nice balcony and pool

TV is like 80s reception,plus Thai shows so didn't bother.TVs are old models.Didnt bother me so 👍 Having shower set to hot was still cold to me but again no deal breakers 🙂

Lovely pool, nice and clean rooms. The Irish times pub & restaurant, Sushi umi shabo are in the same building with great food!

Nothing to be honest

The first thing that the beds are so outdated that i woke up with pain in my back every morning, they are so old and hard so you feel every spring inside, second thing, the internet wasn't working completely, no food available to order to the room, big kitchen they provide completely useless as there is no kettle, no forks or spoons, hair dryer on request only, the balcony door had a hole throw which all mosquito getting in, shower head is so old so as the shower curtains, water goes everywhere as you can put shower head only in one position. And the last thing, laundry service they provided lost my shirts and send someones else underwear instead, and they haven't provided any compensation for that or anything.
