Location in older part of Lisbon.
No complimentary coffee seemed a bit odd

Great location in Alfama. It was special having the historical trams running right past the door of the hotel. And the Copenhagen coffee lab next-door does great food and coffee.
There were no major drawbacks to the hotel. They seem to have done a good job with the double glazing of windows on the road side because we could hardly hear the trams going past.

Reception staff were nice and friendly. Location was great .
Aircon broken in the bedroom before we arrived so we had a pool of water on the floor that we kept drying ourselves . Safe didn’t work either and continuous noise from the trams
