The hospitality at Montigo is always wonderful, which is why this was already our third visit in three consecutive months! Some of the staff even remembered us, which made us feel very welcomed. A special mention to Riyan, who was incredibly friendly and attentive. He was wonderful with our boys, who enjoyed chatting with him during the buggy rides, and he even went out of his way to help us extend our stay and personally came to our villa to share the good news.
The beds were super comfortable, and we absolutely loved having our own private pool. The boys had the best time jumping straight into the pool and playing whenever they wanted. It really made the villa experience extra enjoyable for the families.
The bathtub could be maintained a little better, as we noticed some grime around it. The shower water pressure was also a little low, although the water itself was clean. These were relatively minor issues and did not take away from the overall enjoyment of our stay.

- Staff were all friendly & helpful
- All restaurants serves good food
- Appreciate the simple birthday deco & cake
- No aircon on the staircase
- Should provide complimentary snacks too
- Tadd’s bar service a bit slow, not much choice although opening hours was early & on the weekend. Should just concentrate opening in the evening instead.

We got upgraded to a big villa with 3 rooms even though we were just two. Nice breakfast! Good restaurant! Good welcome at check in and nice system to communicate with customers. Very efficient
It is not well maintained in some parts of the resort. It feels old and sometimes dirty. They should clearly renovate if they want to keep on charging high prices
