The countryside is beautiful and the views from the bedroom were spectacular. Great breakfast too.

Loved the peaceful and beautiful location and getting away from it all. Wonderful views and the pool is lovely and refreshing on a hot day. Being able to book well thoughtout and tasty evening meals is a great bonus.
For me this was a plus however the phone and wifi connectivity might not suit everyone - the property is in a valley and the phone connection is very poor and wifi while okay is not very strong and not available in all parts of the grounds.

The dinner did not have many options to choose from and it was good, but not amazing. Also portions were small.

This is a peaceful hotel secluded on a country road in the Catalan Pyrenees. The host is helpful and friendly, and the mountain views are breathtaking.

Staff is very helpfull. The view from our hotelroom was excellent and we can recommend the dinner. It includes three courses with wine and it is very tasty and excellent for the price.
The room furniture is a bit old and there was a unpleasant odor in our bath room.

Casa Etxalde is like a fairy-tale castle in a forest, overlooking the majestic foothills of the Pyrénées. Lovely rooms, a fabulous place to get away from it all.

The house, common rooms and garden were exceptional!
Our studio room was a bit dark and some cooking basics were missing, but apart from that everything was clean and nice.
