Close to train station and easy to get the bus to Sun Moon Lake. Lots of food options. Convenience store next door. Friendly staff and the room was clean.
All good.

This was my first time staying in this area of Taichung. It was very convenient for the bus and also the TRA train which was perfect me this trip. Beware - you will be right across the street from one of the best ice cream shops around. Haha if you like ice cream…..
The mattress is very firm. BUT I ended up getting a second comforter from the staff and folded it in half to make a bit of softer surface and that helped me sleep much better.
