Location, convenience and facilities.
Breakfast- need variety, customer service could be improved, staff can be more friendly and recommend places and things to do to customers who need this information.

Interesting concept and beautiful design, especially the lobby and rooms. The former perfume factory adds a unique touch, although the room was smaller than expected.
The main issue was the air conditioning, which was not working properly despite the room being advertised with AC, leaving the room extremely hot. When I contacted staff about it, I was frustrated by the response I received, including a threat to call the police. This was completely inappropriate, especially given that I was simply raising a legitimate concern about the room conditions.

The breakfast was exceptional with a full spread of everything you could want or need. The hostess, Ericka, is amazing. She remembered our drink orders each morning and was happy to help make the kids a special drink. The beds were very comfortable, housekeeping came every day, and the room was large and spacious. They also have a pillow menu, a steam room, a gym, and the perfume lab - all complimentary.
I was glad the rooms were on sale when I booked them - I do not think I would pay full price. It is an exceptional hotel, but the full prices are steep.

Too far from center. We paid a lot for transportation and wasted time for commuting!
