From the parking until entrance, the self check in, the room. All very nice. Suitable for a short staycation for those who wants to study or maybe if you are staying for a wedding in Selangor. Overall very nice!

luckily one of Indian lady at parking counter help to reach the lobby hotel. Tq Akka!! Good location from hotel to PPUM.

location is good. just off the north south highway and short distance to 1 Utama. private parking

The room gets a lot of light and the parking is free. These 2 facts were the highlight for us. It's also easy to get to the hotel from parking.
The drive to the hotel is not the easiest in KL. Also who ever had the grand idea to put a machine check in system needs to question their humanity. I like to interact with humans at the reception when I'm checking in and not have to stare at a screen an give inputs. I don't know what the rationale behind this whole thing is but definitely not my cup of tea.

Competitive price compared to other boutiqe hotel in term of clealiness, facilities and location. The helpful and always nice receptionist and the self check in check out machine.
The leaky bidet. I stayed twice here and both rooms got same issue leaky bidet. I am not complaining to the hotel staff because i think that it would just wasting my time to let they checking on the complaint and it would be great if the management can look into this before guest checking in. They also need to invest on the deep cleaning bathroom maybe at least once a month to clean up the stain wall, floor and toilet curtain.

The hotel is kinda secluded so more privacy. The hotel is underground so you park above the hotel. During raining season usually KL and Damansara area can be easily affected by flood, don't have to worry about that here. The room was clean and cold. It's self check-in service and they have water filter, ironing board, fridge and microwave near the lobby which is my favourite I can heat up my food.
Certain room water heater doesn't work.
