Location is fabulous, plenty of options for dining nearby. Super safe to walk around at night and enjoy the nightlife on the beach pier.

No beach towels available, TV didn’t work for us. 

perfect location and the room was very clean.

i had to call front desk to fix tv.

Right in front of the beach, clean rooms, friendly staff.

I don't know if there was some miscommunication, on cleaning staff and main staff, of them thinking we were not checked in yet. We left our belongings, left, and came back to our room to find clean towels on our beds. We checked in past our check in time, so not sure what happened, but it made us uncomfortable to know someone entered after we had left our personal belongings all out in the open.

Location was right on beach,so that was good. Room was clean & modern.

So called window opened into stairwell where everyone walks past on way to rooms. So we had to listen to everyone at front desk or carrying luggage up a winding staircase. No outside window,so felt like we were in a jail cell. Room was poorly laid out with sink in the room. Toilet & shower were separate at least. No decorations or extra chairs just beds. Staff was indifferent mostly..

The location of the roomwas very good. Ocean front, with a good sized Balcony overlooking the Malacon. The Hotel was located centraly on the Malacon with quite a few good to excellent restaurants. The maids were were very acomodating with whatever we asked for. They did their best with too little equipment and training.

The cleanliness, especially of all the windows, were sadly lacking. All the windows were FILTHY. And I had to ask the maids to clean the windows facing the ocean so we could see the water. The bathroom, bedroom and kitchen windows were caked with mud and dust and the bug screens were broken allowing mosquitos.into the room. I believe curtains were drawn on two of the windows in order to hide the dirt. Also, the kitchen was ill equipped, lacking pots, drinking glasses kitchen knives coffee cups and a coffee maker. All this was missing after we asked the property about the kitchen equipment, beach chairs and towels. There was no answer.

Great location and great staff.

Can be noisy at times due to its prime location on the beach.
