Location.
No elevator, hot water is too costly, the shower heater never heated the water, the mat for the toilet is too small and not absorbent, towels and sheets were stained and has holes, the tv remote was useless - you can’t see any number prints as it looks like it’s eaten away, you can hear other guests talking loudly for everyone to hear.

1st floor accommodation
Outlet was not functioning. Have to unplug TV so that I can use the outlet. 2- re refill fir drinking water - frontdesk answered the housekeeping still cleaning who will refill water.

The dog.
poor dog locked outside our whole stay, long matted fur, in almost 30 degree heat poor boy didn’t seem to have much attention, really do hope someone looks after him. room wasn’t massively clean but it did for a night,

Great internet inside our room!!
Hot water shower worked pretty good, except for the constant dripping all day and all night! Parking was available!
The shower was ALWAYS dripping...no way to turn the shower off, due to a bad shower valve....valve could just keep turning! We were in room 204.
No room upkeep at all, during our 4-day stay, so no fresh sheets or towels!
No top sheet on our bed, but that’s probably typical Philippines, sadly!
Just a blanket to sleep under.
Cable TV premium channels wouldn’t even come in to where you could actually watch a movie! Disappointing!
