Ideale per feste di matrimonio: due strutture per ricevimenti e due celebri siti per matrimoni a pochi passi. Oltre due miglia di passerella lastricata anteriore sonora è accessibile dal porto adiacente. Giardini elisabettiani, teatro all'aperto di Lost Colony, sito storico di Fort Raleigh, acquario pubblico NC e aeroporto regionale (MQI) a 10 minuti di auto. Quindici minuti di auto dalle spiagge pubbliche di Nags Head, dai negozi e dai ristoranti di Jockey's Ridge e Outer Banks. Edificio dotato di ascensore e parcheggio custodito con password. Excellent connunication from host.
Condo is roomy and well equipped.
Covered parking a plus. Walk to museum, book store, and eateries. Sunrise views. Fun to view water and boats each morning. Manteo free Wifi was not the best.

The condo is spacious with many thoughtful amenities.
My family has enjoyed staying here many times. Chris is very helpful and hospitable. All in all, a great Manteo experience.

We had a terrific time during our visit to the Outer Banks! The location was perfect to see all Manteo has to offer, with very quick access to the beaches & everything you could want to visit. The condo was clean with amazing views!! Be sure to wake up early to catch the sunrise from the balcony. It was gorgeous! Our family of six was comfortable, safe, & had the best time! The playground right next to the condo, the shops & restaurants on the first floor, & all the shops & restaurants & within walking distance were awesome for my kids (ages 4-17)! We highly recommend this location.

I picked this condo because of the view and the area.
We enjoy the town of Manteo with the dock area and the restaurants. We watched them build the Elizabeth ll from the keel up and I enjoyed waking up to it every day!
Chris is a joy to rent from....always pleasant to talk to and answer any questions we had. We will definitely rent again from him.

The condo was clean, comfortable, quiet, and secure. We loved being able to access restaurants and shops without getting back into the car and driving. Other occupants of the building were friendly. View from the deck was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Three adult couples stayed in the Manteo house for a wedding that we were all attending in Manteo which was a short distance away. We had a great time being able to walk to dinner and shopping and the views of the Harbor were wonderful.

Very laid back neighborhood. Great sunrises on the porch and views of the harbor. This was our second stay at this property and can’t wait for our third.

We loved this rental in historic Manteo. We walked the boardwalk each day. We especially enjoyed the balcony water view and spent a lot of time there. The rooms are all very spacious and well cared for and clean. You’re steps from the beautiful historic downtown with plenty of dining and shops.

The condo is bright and spacious with water views. Manteo is a quiet city with shops and art galleries. Just a short drive to the outer island. We recommend the historic walking tour.

My wife and I stayed here with our three young boys for our first trip to the Outer Banks. The location of this condo was perfect for our needs, and we loved exploring the surrounding Waterfront shops in Manteo. The sunsets from the balcony were beautiful! Driving into Nags Head is just a short trip over the bridge, and there were plenty of public beach access areas. The condo was well taken care of, and the air conditioning was lovely! Having a dedicated parking spot with direct elevator access was a huge plus! Chris was very helpful and responded very quickly to any of our questions. We would certainly consider staying here again in the future.

This was our second stay at this condo and we enjoyed it just as much as the first stay. Manteo is a quaint little town and it's so much fun to be right in the heart of the town. The condo is clean and well equipped, and the views off the balcony of the water and Marina are beautiful and peaceful. My favorite thing to do is sit on the balcony and watch the boats come and go.

Myself and my husband along with my brother-in-law and his girlfriend stayed here for a week.
There is easy parking in the garage that is accessible with a keycard along with the elevator to the third floor. Very convenient location within walking distance of shops, resturaunts and the best coffee shop in the OBX.
The condo itself was perfect for four adults with all the amenities. My favorite part was the balcony. Beautiful views both day and night. Check-in was very easy and Chris the host kept in contact with us during the trip.
We would highly recommend this beautiful condo in such a wonderful town!

We absolutly love this place and the location ! We have rented this place 4 times now and we have never been dissapointed . Very spacious and clean, beds are comfortable and the walk in shower is a plus. Lots of shopping in the area and also very quiet at night too. Must rent this if you get a chance!

Condo is convenient to everything. In the middle of downtown Manteo. Close to shopping and restaurants. Host was extremely responsive and accommodating. Would stay again!

Another great visit to Chris’ family condo. The condo is very spacious and comfy. Large table is great for family meals, games and puzzles. The balcony is a perfect spot for sitting and enjoying the harbor view. And you can’t ask for a better host - Chris responds quickly to any questions you might have. We’ll be back!!

This condo was great! We are family of 4 who spent the week exploring hwy 12 from Corolla all the way down to Ocracoke. Manteo was the perfect spot in the middle and the condo was where we rested at night and were able to cook meals. I enjoyed watching the boats come and go each morning from the deck. Condo was clean, comfortable, and furnished with everything we needed. The property owner Chris was great to work with and available if needed for anything including suggestions. Manteo is a quaint and safe little town. Those with kids there is a playground to work out energy and ice cream shop just 2 floors down :) Parents there is tavern, hop shop, or coffee shop within walking distance too!

This is one of the best places we have stayed at in Manteo. The view from the porch was amazing! The condo has everything you would need, and very clean. It is located within walking distance to so many shops, restaurants, and bars. It was so easy getting to the condo, and all the arrival directions were easy to follow. Chris contacted us before we were supposed to arrive and gave us all the information we needed for arrival. Definitely stay here if it is available!

I feel that the pictures of this condo did not do justice as to how beautiful it is. The space was very clean and inviting, the view was amazing, and the location could not have been better. We will use this place again!

The location of this VRBO unit is perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed this being our "base of operations." After exploring during the day we returned to convenient locations to dine or sit and listen to local musicians while wine tasting. Due to the season, local shops did close at 5p, but we were able to squeeze in some shopping opportunities. We really enjoyed the balcony with a cup of coffee & morning sunrises and the evenings with a glass of wine watching the sail boats come and go. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. The designated parking spot was great with great access to the elevator. First time parking was a little tricky, but then became a breeze. "Luggage carts" (grocery carts) came in quite handy getting the luggage to and from the unit. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again. We loved it!

We had the best time in Manteo and a huge part of this was because of our VRBO. You cannot beat the location- incomparable view, walkable to everything and still quiet. We can't wait to come back to Manteo and stay here again.

First of all, I’d like to say, “wow” about the view from the balcony. The condo was clean and spacious and met all of my needs. Check in and check out were easy (contactless) and the property manager answered all of my questions quickly. I loved staying in historic Manteo! The town is charming and there are walking trails nearby. If you like to watch the sunrise , this place is perfect for that!

Am just back from a short stay in Manteo with a friend. When I chose this property I had no idea I would be finding such a gem! The location is ideal with parking and an elevator! The unit itself was spotless and comfortably outfitted with everything we could possibly need. My communications with Chris were seamless - he responded quickly with great information each time I contacted him. The unit is perfect for a family or a group of friends. The kitchen is complete. Internet was fast! A great time was had by all. Thanks, Chris, for a terrific stay!
