Good clean, spacious room, access to complimentary croissants/bread in hall way.
Superb Air con.
We had a miscommunication between the addresses. We followed address on booking.com rather than the address francesca sent through WhatsApp which led to getting into room being delayed as we realised there were more than one room dotted across streets.
We were extremely hot and bothered whilst transporting our luggage to the correct address

The property is clean and had real air conditioning we visited during early August. We were hot in most of our stays at other properties, this property had proper a/c and was really comfortable. Francesca the lady that managed our booking was really nice and helpful.

Good location. Convenient entry with number codes via WhatsApp beforehand. Good air conditioning, which was crucial in +37C heat
Showers were not great with low water pressure
