It's actually a motel, so don't expect anything fancy. It's 100% worth the money. Comfortable beds, free parking, clean, and you can order an inexpensive breakfast. Or eat your own food at the table outside. It's only a 10-minute drive to downtown. A great option for budget-conscious travelers.

Was a booking problem apparently id booked 2 roons but had cancelled 1 staff had booking still for 2 rooms bookings & eco hadnt communicated on cancellation

The check-in time was rather early so that I could leave my baggage in the room not too long after checking out from my previous lodging in downtown Dieppe (which directed my choice in fact). Check-in was quick and easy. There are outside tables when you can eat (hoping for no smokers) protected from rain.

Not central at all (vehicle recommended but no special bicycle parking). It was very hot (heatwave) and there was no fridge or fan (contrary to my previous cheaper lodging in downtown Dieppe), let alone air condition. The room smelt stale and, although (or because) there's a lot of plastic, the hotel generally shows its age (1980s?). I realized when checking in that it would have been cheaper to book directly with the hotel. No private toilets or shower (again contrary to previous cheaper loding).
