Clean room, helpful staff ( I called in advance asking for the means of bus transport and they asked it quite well
The place is just averagely good, but nothing special/ memory point tbh.

Lovely Hotel with so many beautiful touches, I’m sure that is the Valerie influence, old comforting and so well looked after by all members of their great “team”.

The service is terrible in the restaurant located on the ground floor of the hotel. Although the restaurant operates separately from the hotel, it still had a bad impact on the stay in general.

Very helpful and friendly service. Cosy room. Comfortable bed. Copious breakfast buffet. Bath in bathroom.
Noise in the morning from other guests which seemed to be happening outside our room. No tea / coffee-making facilities (although my partner apparently read that a kettle can be provided on request).

Exceeded our expectations in all respects. Pleasant, helpful staff, great location, relaxing garden with lovely views. Lovely meal in the next-door restaurant and they provided us a very decent packed lunch for us to take away the following morning

Fabulous, quirky, great location and lovely staff
Menu choice was veal for meat eaters. Veggie choice was basic but looked beautiful!
