Also alles gut!

We had a very pleasant stay. The guest house is beautifully renovated, spacious, and located in a quiet neighbourhood. The area offers plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling, which made it even more enjoyable.
The hosts were excellent: very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended.
In contrast, the property management was not helpful at all. Despite the significant traffic issues we encountered on our way to the guest house (road works, detours, and traffic jams), they repeatedly insisted that we were arriving outside the designated check-in window (16:00–18:00), even though we were only 30 minutes late after a journey that took 5.5 hours instead of the usual 2.5 hours.
Overall, as a start to our holidays, the communication and flexibility were very disappointing.
