The room is spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and they go the extra mile. Child friendly, and just a short drive to the main beaches. Everyone made us feel welcome.

Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices. The location of the hotel is wonderful, especially as we were given sea view rooms. We also found the staff delightfully pleasant and helpful! It's certainly a beautiful place to overnight in! The fact that the parking is within an enclosed, secure area off of the road made it especially comfortable for us to be able to get our two rental vans tidied up and ready for returning to the rental company the next day. The proximity of this facility to the international airport is also a plus.
There is nothing about this facility that we didn't like.

Location and the room we lately transferred to
The reception, the room we were given at 1st which had a leak. I was made to pay extra R300 to the booking, which is something that I wasn't aware of.
