Check in was easy we got there early which didnt turn out to be a problem
There was water supplied on the landing due to the high temperatures
The seagulls nest which was outside our window but this had nothing to do with the property

Trickle of water from shower. Cracked wash basin. Very thin towels. Very long climb upto top floor with suitcases for 2 80 year olds No help offered.. Hadn't realised using Booking.com meant no breakfast

"Location just great across the road from the beach.
Quiet building. Wonderful tea making facilities with plenty of everything you need. Wonderful little touches ie travel toothbrush/paste etc in bath..."
