eFi Palace Hotel

The hotel was located 12 min walking from the center, it is in a little bit shady area but it felt safe all the time. It is very nice and clean hotel with big comfortable rooms. Dogs are welcomed.

The location, the room, breakfast, parking space

- We were a 7-minute walk from the center; we explored everything without using public transport. - The accommodation is clean and sophisticated, an absolutely positive experience; I would stay here again anytime. - The breakfast is delicious. - Fortunately, the mattress is not too soft (before anyone gets worried, it's not hard either :) ); it was optimal for us.

- The huge air conditioning heat exchangers in the courtyard are a bit noisy. I was the only one out of eight people bothered by it, but I am noise-sensitive, so I always sleep with earplugs anyway :) - The Wi-Fi code was not displayed in the room, so we could only ask for it the next day. - Was a negative aspect was the receptionist on duty upon our arrival. Fortunately, our contact with him was only 20 minutes during our entire stay, yet he made a rather bad impression on us. Since I booked the accommodation, I was the one who initially contacted him verbally – first in German, as that is my foreign language. He was disdainful, and from that point on, his attitude remained inappropriate, even after I let my English-speaking friend take over. Following that first interaction, he wasn't kind to my English-speaking friend or the others either. There were eight of us, and we were patient throughout. The other receptionists were all lovely :)

Room was clean and comfortable.

Restaurant was closed. Therefore, no breakfast.

It was about 10 minute walk from the center, the room was really great, spaceous and fully equipped with everything you need.

Everything costs extra, the elevator is slow. The location is in the middle of the ghetto neighbourhood. Parking was the craziest for us, because both parking spots are theirs and they still surcharge for it..
