I have got my gate card when I arrived. but it has been stainless in my card can’t get it back. but the staff charged me €50. it is accident but they charged me €50 for a gate card

It was close to all shops
The lake was very dirty. The slides were closed. The pool was closed. Everything for kids was closed. Total waist of holiday. I went there on the 25 June and it’s now the 30 suggest and I still have not had my £250 deposit back despite emails. They asked me for a IBAN NUMBER TO TRANSFER IT BACK WITCH HAS BEEN SENT BUT STILL NO MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT

Very quiet area in the country side. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
The chalet that we stayed in was a bit small, but the again the price was quite low too. ;)

The nature around is amassing. Small but clean property.
The amount of deposit was enormous! Not value to pay it taking into acount the price for the rooms!
