The views from the property are great and the balcony is one of the best assets of the flat. It is a good size and was clean and comfortable. Communication pre-arrival was good and details of where to find the flat were very reliable. The area is picturesque, but be aware the flat is not in the town of Marone town but Vello (smaller village in the Marone district) - that is relevant for things like shops/night life. It is quieter but still a pretty location, and it has public transport links (just less frequent).

The multiple add-on excessive costs leave a bad taste and really should be changed - weekly cleaning fee of 100 EUR, air-conditioning cost of 8 EUR per day (despite the fact the maximum tariff registered with the Provincia of Brescia is stated as being 1,195 EUR with tariffs being INCLUSIVE of air conditioning and note the flat is not usable without air con in summer), 5 EUR per PERSON per DAY for entry to a garden jetty close to the water they advertise in the Booking rental pictures (you can get into lake lidos with bars and pools in the area for that cost) and linen cost of 14 EUR per person. I don't have an issue with linen and 'reasonable' cleaning costs, but it was the cumulative nature and excessive amounts that are wrong. For use of the garden/jetty - if they want to charge for this (which seems mean-spirited, given the advertising), then it should be a set price for entry and not this nonsense of 'by person' (for a space the family itself will also be using. Air conditioning should not be charged when paying over 1,200 EUR for a week during full summer (we stayed in multiple properties a fraction of the price of this rental and it was always included).

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön, geräumig und sauber. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der unübertreffliche Ausblick über den See – einfach traumhaft! Die zwei Badezimmer sind ein großer Pluspunkt und machen den Aufenthalt auch mit mehreren Personen sehr komfortabel. Die Vermieter waren zudem ausgesprochen freundlich, herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Kleine Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten gibt es bei der Küchenausstattung. Es waren etwas wenige Gläser und Tassen vorhanden, außerdem fehlten Wein- und Biergläser. Wer gerne Filterkaffee trinkt, sollte eine eigene Kaffeemaschine mitbringen. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt über einem Straßentunnel, wodurch je nach Tageszeit Verkehrsgeräusche zu hören sind. Zudem lebt ein aufmerksamer Wachhund der Vermieter mit auf dem Grundstück. Er gehört zum Haus und kann für Gäste, die Hunde nicht gewohnt sind, zunächst etwas ungewohnt sein. Es sollte unbedingt Mückenschutz mit eingepackt werden.

Het huisje was erg comfortabel en schoon. Het uitzicht vanaf het grote balkon was fantastisch. De eigenaren waren vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We komen graag een keer terug!

S nachts hoorde je de waakhond van de familie blaffen, daar waren we niet aan gewend, dus dat hield ons soms wakker. Op het omgevingsgeluid na was het perfect.
