Quite, nice sea view and friendly staff

Nothing at all

There wasn't anything not to like.. staff did everything to make sure we was comfortable. Very Friendly n kind..

The loud noises that come from the road With taxis n cars parked off til late at nite A very short stay.. wil have to book again😁

Proximity to beach and tidal pool was great. Layout of the flat good. Big patio with built in braai. Pool was nice but could do with heating.

Only stairs up and down to 4th floor apartment with luggage and groceries was a challenge. No dishwasher or washing machine which we expected as it was mentioned in the write-up. Fan in back bedroom does not relief heat as it’s too small to even create a slight breeze. It was quicker to buy a new toaster as housekeeping never showed after the toaster kept tripping the power. Only 2 chairs for the patio when the flat sleeps 4. General upkeep needs attention and furniture needs replacing (dining chair broken, couch pillows worn and dirty, towels old and thin, ensuite bathroom no extractor fan and extremely hot)

The receptionist Nomonde, was superb, such a courteous, helpful lady. She arranged for the perfect front apartment. Beachfront views were spectacular. There was some lights during loadshedding.

The bathrooms need an update.
