I stayed for 9 days in Studio Unit 227. This is the 2nd year I have stayed in this unit. The view is incredible, location in the building is very convenient. Although the condo could use a little sprucing up it was perfect for me. Be aware that this building and it's interior is very old so don't go expecting a 5 start resort. A new roof was being put on while we were there so hopefully the renovations will continue.

Had a great time here for our 4 day stay. Beach access is extremely easy to get to. pool area was wonderfully maintained. Condo itself was very clean and roomy. So close to shopping and many great restaurants. Definitely would recommend this place to stay and I plan on rebooking in the future for sure!

This our second time here and we love the perfect location of looking out to the beautiful beach and the enjoyment of John's Pass entertainment by simply walking across the street. A small property which means a more personal experience. Well maintained grounds too.

This was our second year staying at Surf Song and we will be coming back again. Our room was nice and had everything we needed. My only complaint would be that maybe the mattress needs to be replaced. The first year we were there we were amazed with how well the outside maintenance was kept but this year we noticed it wasn't done as well; clean for the most part just not as well as the previous year.

Location excellent right across from John’s Pass with a lot of restaurants and shops. Property was immaculate. The pool water perfect temp and very inviting and clean. Beach is literally steps away. The Sun Host Management was extremely professional and so easy to work with. And the late arrival check in was directions were so detailed and seamless. We would definitely stay here again.

The unit we stayed in was great but the property was dirty and looked rundown. We have been staying at SurfSong for a long time and have never seen it in the condition it was in October. The walkways were filthy dirty, the paint was peeling up, the pool was dirty, the shuffle board area needs repaired, trash cans were over flowing and there was rats around the pool area and the parking garage. My parents stayed in a separate unit at SurfSong based on our recommendation and said they would not stay there again based on the condition of the property and their unit. In fact they booked at a different property for next October. We will be returning to the area in April and will see how the property looks at that time.

Our room was just fine but we were very disappointed that rules were not enforced. There were so many big floats,toys,roudyness,beer cans always in and around the pool everyday that we were there. Towels were draped on pool fence along with clothing and all this mess was left overnight by the guests in the large group we couldn’t take a picture in the morning because of the way it looked. We had to ask several times for them to move or turn down their radio because we couldn’t hear our tv in our room. Nothing was ever said to this group by the management. Very disappointed

We were very satisfied with our unit #227. The furniture, new mattress, and decorations are very nice. The kitchen is adequately furnished and location is very good. I'm sure it is a struggle to maintain the exterior as it should be kept with the sand and wind. Been coming to Surf Song for about 9 years and hope to continue in the future. I do wish they would do a weekly clean. I have to sweep and mop every day or so or it is not acceptable.

Conveniently located across from John’s Pass and right on the beach gulf side. Nice heated pool, outdoor grills and plenty of room for congregating. The studio condo is exactly what it is but plenty of room for the both of us.

Everything was good, would have been nice to have a few rugs, paper towels and some beach towels/chairs to use. The mattress could be upgraded, my back was sore all week. The freezer door pops open when you shut the fridge door.
