Large room. Kettle in the room. Easy parking. Amazing communication from the host (sorry again about payment. Thought I had paid in advance).

Very friendly and helpful staff. The property was clean, tidy and pleasant, with a fresh and nice smell. The room had a beautiful view from the window. I also appreciated the reasonable price, convenient parking and the café on the ground floor. Overall, everything was comfortable and well maintained.
I did not notice any significant negative aspects during my stay.

Guesthouse is close to motorway Croatia-Austria. Village is nice. Room was big. It is not problem with car park.
Furnish in bedroom, shower, radiator was demaged (look on the photo), although owner will can repair this things. It is not expensive. Room can be see not well-cared-for. Breakfast was modestly, missing ham, fried eggs.
