This is a perfectly located super convenient apartment with everything you need. Nice and spacious, fully facilities and everything works. Best thing I found was it is a lively area with lots of places to eat and drink but at night everything winds down and it is super quiet. Very handy for the trams with the Čzeské tram station super close and it's in between famous Church of St James and the large square in the centre of the old city. Everything you need is close by.
Everything was great.

Dobrá poloha, 4. patro, zvuková izolace, vše, co potřebujete pro klidný odpočinek
Rozbité žaluzie a podivný zápach u vstupních dveří, jako by tam minule zastavili nájemníci a nechali tam vejce😂

A lakás kiváló elhelyezkedésű, a főtér közelében, a nyüzsgő forgalom zaja mégsem tódul be. Tiszta és világos, a hőmérséklet légkondicionálóval kordában tartható. Minden közel van, ár-érték viszonylatban verhetetlen.
A zuhany előtt jó lenne egy kilépő.

Great location, good facilities, spacious and quite comfortable. Good for work and for leisure.
- City center location has its downsides (weekend evenings get insanely loud at times, near pubs closing time especially, so close the windows if possible)
- Air conditioning was leaking throughout our stay, this I expect is temporary but this was the reason we needed to open the windows :)
- Power outlets in locations that don't match working spaces very well
