Convenient, clean with exceptional service.

The rooms are welcoming and comfortable. I definitely will be back.

We can hear noises outside and neighbours We have to share the bathroom with others people Bed not too comfortable

Great value, great location!

Exceptionally clean, beds and linens are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is included. Awesome value!

Convenient to airport, quiet but overpriced.

Location

Lack of maintenance. Shower leaked out into bathroom. Bath mat consequently became saturated otherwise floor would have been very wet. No room for toiletries in bathroom. No hand towel. Family appartments but only seating at desk for 2 people to eat meal. Nowhere for suitcases.

The bathroom had hair and old hair ties pushed in a corner in the bathroom. Could have done with a decent mop.

Great for airport, close to racecourse road. Cafes/bars etc .

Close to airport but quiet. Luggage lift. Well equipped and super comfy beds.

Quiet, Clean and Friendly.

Comfortable and quiet. The room was clean, and well presented. The shared bathroom facilities were clean.

Maybe another power point near beds would be helpful. Apart from that all good

Clean, close to the airport. Bus stop and train station close by.

The room was exceptionally clean. Lovely small kitchennette. Nice balcony. Bus stop across the road and the train station. It was close to the airport. Friendly staff.

Well they have a laundry downstairs with the iron. I would prefer to have an iron and an ironing board in the room.

Was a last minute booking to get closer to airport, worked really well and was good value for money

Was real value for money for only being 5 min from airport Room was clean and tidy with air conditioning and had all basic facilities we needed Luggage lift once we worked out how to use it Close to supermarket

I was travelling with elderly folk, would have been good to have a lift available to get up to 3rd floor

The bed was so amazingly comfortable. We had room no.2 best bed I have had in 3 weeks of our travels.

The share toilet and shower. We were not aware that this was what we booked. Arrived at midnight and didn't shower so we would not wake up other guests.
