size and grandeur of the property and the facility
needs refurbishment of plumbing, interiors. need improvements of the maintenance. staff should be more lively. porters and service staff always expressing to get tips after providing a single service, be it bringing a key from reception. this is bothersome.

The imposing structure, the vast spaces and the location; right in the heart of downtown Delhi.
There is mildly indifferent attitude of staff. They don't come through as eager to serve - backbone of hospitality industry. I had a guest on the first day of my stay. I met the guest in Tea Lounge. It took more than 20 minutes to spot someone who I could ask for Tea! By then, my guest, who had to leave in another 15-20 minutes declined offer to take tea since he wasn't sure we will be served by then!
