The location is very convenient, which made it easy for us to get around. The breakfast was also great, and the bed was comfortable to sleep in.
The bathroom wasn't cleaned completely, as there was dust on the side of the sink, and the shampoo quality wasn't very good. Also, the parking signage wasn't clear enough, and I suggest adding more lights at night for better visibility.The elevator was a bit confusing. I noticed some other guests waiting with me didn't understand where to scan to go up or down.

the location is surprisingly kind of isolated,
honestly, one of the criteria for a pleasant hotel especially for a 5 star hotel, i expected more with rgds to ur breakfast buffet, unfortunately it wasnt up to my expectation even tho it was quite a spread. i had breakfast for 2 days, and i hav had share of almost everything. only nasi lemak is ok....i had the room to myself so in total i had 4 pillows to myself however, even wen i stacked 3 of the pillows on top of each other, they flattened so easily, they look fluffy & thick but in reality they are so empty inside that even stacked on top of each other it gets so flattened wen i lay my head on them, very2 uncomfy
