A lovely old manor it was a peaceful stopover.
The room was comfortable, the beds warm and we spent t the evening in the big house lounge area with a warm fire going and played pool .
We were there in rain but it would be delightful in balmy weather
The TV in room 4 had bad signal so was black and white and snowy.
Breakfast was great but they dont offer lunch or dinner and the rooms have no facilities for food. No fridge or microwave so you essentially are forced to go out for dinner and lunch. We were rained out on the night we arrived and didn't want to travel in heavy rain. Luckily we had a few provisions with us and made a sneaky plan to cook in the microwave in the house ... otherwise it would have been an issue

The space of the kitchen, lounge, dining room, bedroom and bathroom was huge. Sitting on the stoep relaxing with a braai and enjoying the view was great
Cutlery must be addressed, making better choice and enough of what is required in a kitchen could help a lot. Please place kitchen towels to dry the plates ect after being washed.

Location
They need to upgrade the facility e.g a mixer in the shower. Having to balance hot and cold water in the shower is so 1998.
